Shipping times are calculated from the moment your order leaves our warehouse (48Hs), not from the time the order is placed. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday through Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. Signature from a legal adult is required for delivery.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from delivery date. You can easily return or exchange your purchase through our portal. You simply need to input your order number and the email used to place the order.
