Shipping

Shipping times are calculated from when your order leaves our warehouse (48H), not from the time it is placed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details and a link to track your order once your parcel is passed to the carrier.

Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Signature by a legal adult is required for delivery.

All pre-order purchases will be shipped by the date stated on the related product page. As soon as they become available, items will be shipped via Express Delivery (48Hs delivery time from when the parcel is passed to the carrier).
