Co-Founder, Creative Director for MAISON 7

Tiziana Carli was born in a valley near Trento.

Passionate about knitting and sewing from a very young age, she was very familiar with scissors and crocheting.

After attending stylist and pattern-making courses at the Callegari and Secoli institutes in Milan, she began collaborating with various Italian companies in the field of ready-to-wear fashion.

In 1990, with her husband Luca, she founded Essegi SRL, a company specializing in the production of ready-to-wear fashion that, in a short time, came to serve some of the most important brands in Italy.

Together with her daughter Beatrice Sembeni, Tiziana founded MAISON 7 in 2020, a brand designed for women by women. MAISON 7 wants to become a sustainable, inclusive, and timeless alternative to the world of fast fashion.

Beatrice Sembeni was born in Peschiera del Garda, in the province of Verona.

From the beginning, she was curious and attentive in discovering the why of things. This characteristic later served her well in her search for a profession that could reconcile both her work and her personal values.

After attending the artistic high school in Verona, she felt the need to fill an empty position within the family company, Essegi SRL. Initially, she first dealt with production, and eventually marketing and sales. Eventually, she became an active supporter of responsible growth.

Together with her mother, Tiziana Carli, she founded MAISON 7 in 2020. This brand was designed for women by women, created with the aim of finding a conscious alternative to the world of fast fashion.
