The first thing to do is prepare your package and request a pick-up.
Requirements for pick-up are:
- Use the online form available on Bartolini website. Through this form you will be able to request a pick-up free of cost. You will simply need to fill out the online form and a pick-up date will be made available to you. The carrier will come directly to your residence to pick up the parcel at the scheduled time. If you already have an account on Bartolini website, you will use your username and password. By doing so, your form will auto-fill, making the process even faster for you.
- Contact via phone the closest Bartolini location. To find your closest Bartolini location, you simply need to consult the official Find Your Location page. You will have to call during office hours to schedule a pick-up date. Rates may vary by carrier.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return is completed. Your refund will be credited to the account used to place the order.
Returned items must meet the following conditions for original purchase to be refunded:
- All items must be returned in pristine conditions, with labels intact.
- Worn, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
- Any non-conformity claim must be submitted by 5 days from delivery.

Please follow instructions below:
Return via carrier:
- Start your return by clicking on “Return Item” from your account on the Maison 7 website.
- Once your return request has been approved, you can schedule the pick-up by the courier on the Bartolini website by clicking on "Schedule Pick-Up”. You must fill in all fields. In the recipient section, fill in the information found in the "return sender form" that you will find inside the Maison 7 box, or you can contact the nearest Bartolini office by searching for the location here.
- Once you have scheduled the pick-up, place the items you wish to return in their original packaging together with the "return to sender form" that you will find inside the Maison 7 box.
- When the courier arrives, hand over the box with the garments and the completed form. For any questions, email us at email@example.com.
The tracking number will be given to you once the courier has picked up the box.
Refer to this number to monitor the status of the return.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be processed within 14 working days, and the refund will be credited to the account used to place the order.
